Church Power Structure and Revival
To turn around a Baptist church, you must be able to make changes, changes that many in the church will not like. That means the pastor or pastors must have the power to implement those changes. As Baptist churches are today, however, that is impossible, as pastors essentially have no power at all.
That must change for revival to be possible.
